Yes. The same key works on PC, Android and Firestick. A key is bound to one device at a time - if you change device, request an HWID reset from your account.
Your key locks to the hardware you first use it on. If you move to a new PC or phone, open your account, press Request HWID reset, and we will clear the lock so you can sign in on the new device.
The app is new and not yet code-signed, so SmartScreen shows a warning. Click More info then Run anyway. It needs admin rights because a VPN changes your network adapter.
